Friends of the Copake Agricultural Center and Northeast Farm Access can now support specialized farmer education, agro-ecology and sustainable-farming research through tax-deductible contributions.
Distinct from equity investments, NEFA has arranged with Hawthorne Valley Association to serve as fiscal sponsor, and accept tax-deductible contributions to support upcoming NEFA projects. NEFA secured a $12,000 contribution for this work in 2015, and needs to match it reach our goals.
We are thrilled to be furthering this work in collaboration with Steffen and Rachel Schneider through the Institute for Mindful Agriculture.
Donations are made through Hawthorne Valley Association in nearby Ghent, New York.
